about aud c:
Nothing scares me more than change, but nothing compares to the amount of joy, pain, and ultimately growth I have experienced during moments of (often unplanned) great change. When I allow myself to surrender and adapt to the flow of life, I experience things I never thought possible. My work is centered around fluidity and adaptability to encourage myself and others to live in the present and welcome, rather than resist, the uncertain and spontaneous.
aud c: creates adaptable, playful pieces to enable wearers to embrace uncertainty. Designed first and foremost upon the wearers’ interaction with the garments, these living, breathing pieces aim to communicate concepts through the user’s experience. The pieces aim to reimagine our relationship with our garments by providing opportunities for intimate interactions, which ultimately build emotional durability.
Valuing longevity, the pieces are designed to adapt to meet wearers’ changing needs—transcending seasons, prioritizing function, and/or providing numerous styling possibilities. Each detail is thoughtfully designed for a specific reason.
aud c: invites wearers to play and form a new, personal relationship with the garment throughout each use.
