audsmiley’s garments and textile products are made to order, following slow fashion practices. Once an order is placed, it typically takes 3-5 weeks for the items to be handmade in Canada. This approach ensures the highest quality standards and aligns with our aim to create sustainably.
Shipping is free for all orders within Canada and U.S.
All orders are shipped via Canada Post from Canada. A link to track your order will be sent to you upon shipment (unless the untracked international shipping option is chosen). Shipment transit times will vary per country and shipping method. Estimated shipping times are:
Canada: 2-7 business days
U.S.: 4-9 business days
Europe: 6-12 business days
Asia & Oceania: 8-17 business days
South America: 10-21 business days
Should you require items for a specific date, please contact us prior to placing your order to ensure if we are able to meet your required date.
All products are final sale. and we do not accept returns. We encourage customers to review product details and sizing information carefully before making a purchase. Should you have any further inquiries about our products, we remain available to contact for your assistance.
Upon delivery, should there be any case of damages or issues with your order, kindly contact us and we will be happy to correct the issue.
If you wish to make an exchange for a different size or item, you have 14 business days from the shipment date to do so. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. Exchanges are subject to our current availability of items. You will be responsible for further shipping charges to return the item and for the new shipment. We encourage you to use a tracked shipping service, as we are not liable for damaged or lost return shipments.
